PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF PUBLIC RELATIONS ACTIVITIES OF PARTNER OF PROMOTION SP. Z O.O., AFFILIATED ENTITIES AND PROCESSORS

Personal data are processed for the purpose of public relations activities (sending press releases, invitations to journalistic meetings, sending samples of products, products and brand oriented research and other related activities) on the basis of art. 6(1) (a) (f) GDPR (Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (UE) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC). The recipients of personal data are customers of Partner of Promotion Sp. z o.o. and affiliated entities.

Personal data will be stored until a request to withdraw the consent to the processing of personal data is submitted.

CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Partner of Promotion Sp. z o.o. does not collect, use or disclose personal data without consent. In most cases, we explicitly ask for consent, but sometimes consent can be inferred from the activities and behaviour of the data subject.

What are cookies?

How do we use information from cookies?
Partner of Promotion Sp. z o.o., the owner of the partnersi.com.pl website uses cookies to create anonymous, aggregated statistics, with the exclusion of personal identification of the user. This helps us understand how users use the website and helps improve its structure and content. In addition, Partner of Promotion Sp. z o.o. may post or allow an external entity to post cookies on the user's device in order to ensure the proper functioning of the website. This helps monitor and check its performance. This entity may be, among others, Google, which collects data needed by Partner of Promotion Sp. z o.o.

However, the user can set his/her browser in such a way that cookies are not saved on his/her disk or be automatically deleted at a specific time.
