PR service of the Clean Energy Port will be provided by Partner of Promotion.

Agency has won a tender for handling information and promotional activities of the construction of a thermal waste treatment plant in Gdansk. The contract with Port Clean Energy company was signed until the end of 2023. he contract for project management is a framework agreement, divided into permanent management and additional services ordered by the Client. The value of the contract signed in June for permanent service is PLN 892,800 net. The maximum value of additional services, possible to perform under the contract, amounts to additional net of PLN 1,149,000.

Upon the client's request Partner of Promotion will be responsible for developing and implementing a new external communication strategy, creating crisis communication manual, communication plans, as well as running the press office and social media of the project. Services commissioned according to the ordering party’s demand may include activities such as the organization of events, conducting opinion polls, implementation of information and promotional campaigns, development and production of materials, including printed materials, audiovisual, mock-up of the facility or the development of the concept and production of an educational path. The activities will be conducted by a team supervised by Anna Hahn-Leśniewska, Vice-President of the Management Board.

This is another project from the waste management industry carried out by Partner of Promotion. Agency has previously carried out activities for similar plants in Cracow, Bydgoszcz, Poznan and Warsaw.
