Rittal moved into Tulipan Park Strykow


Rittal, a leading global provider of control cabinets and enclosures, power distribution systems and cooling solutions, as well as IT infrastructure, has leased nearly 3,300 sq m at Tulipan Park Strykow, the largest SEGRO's logistic park in Central Europe.


Headquartered in Herborn, Germany, Rittal GmbH & Co. KG is a well-known producer of the highest quality system solutions used in the automation, energy distribution and in ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) industries. The company, which was founded in 1961, is a part of Friedhelm Loh Group and operates worldwide with 63 subsidiaries and 40 country offices. Rittal Sp. z o.o. was set up in Poland in 1999.

Rittal Sp. z o.o. has leased 3,250 sq m of warehouse space and 50 sq m of office and social facilities. The agreement has been signed for five years. The transaction has been facilitated by Jartom.

Tulipan Park Strykow is the largest SEGRO's Park in Central Europe. Located in central Poland, directly at the A2 motorway and close to the future junction of A1 (north-south) and A2 (east-west) motorways, it is to provide up to 400,000 sq m of modern warehouse, light production and office space. Among other tenants of the investment are such companies like: Corning, Azymut, Sonoco, CEI, Komfort, Complex, Schweitzer-Mauduit Poland, Investa and Hellmann.
