Two Sabre Awards nominations for Partner of Promotion


Partner of Promotion has been once again nominated in SABRE AWARDS 2012, one of the most prestigious industry competitions. In this year's edition Partner of Promotion has been recognized in two categories: in crisis management for the " There Can Only Be One Tiger" campaign executed for the "Equal Opportunities" foundation of Dariusz Michalczewski and in the public affairs category for the "Protecting Free Market Principles" campaign conducted for the Polish Association of Producers and Exporters of Fruits and Vegetables.


The main objective of the first of the nominated campaigns was to prevent hostile takeover of the Tiger brand owned by Dariusz Michalczewski by Foodcare. The agency had to clearly communicate that the boxer was the creator and sole owner of the brand and not, as communicated by Foodcare, only the face of the brand.


The second of the nominated campaigns entered in the public affairs category was conducted for the Polish Association of Producers and Exporters of Fruits and Vegetables. The campaign helped to prevent an attempt to monopolize the export of Polish apples to Russia as well as to initiate the process aimed at implementing long-standing anti-monopolistic solutions in the market.


The Sabre Awards competition is organized by the Holmes Group and is one of the most renowned industry competitions. PR companies and consultancies may submit their campaigns in a several dozens of categories, depending on the location and type of PR activities. All submitted projects are evaluated by an international jury panel made up of accomplished PR specialists from the United States and Europe.
