Modern Cross Dock completed as part of SEGRO Business Park Łódź
A modern cross-dock facility of 7 600 sq m has been completed as part of SEGRO Business Park Łódź. The facility is equipped with 50 loading docs and 83 parking spaces for passenger cars and lorries and has been developed as part of a pre-let agreement at the Park. SEGRO's development in Łódź is strategically located in the centre of the country and still has great development potential.

As a result of an effective cooperation with the client we are delivering one of the most modern cross-dock facilities in Poland being a part of one of the best located distribution centers in the region. With the opening of the next section of A2 motorway in the direction of Warsaw SEGRO Business Park Łódź is becoming even more attractive place for logistics companies," explains Waldemar Witczak, Regional Director SEGRO.
The main advantage of the investment is its central location in Poland. Excellent communication with a network of major roads in the country allows the tenants of the park to take full advantage of operational capabilities. The facility is located just 6 kilometers from the city center, on one of the main thoroughfares of Lodz - Rokicińska street, 15 kilometers from the junction with the A2 motorway and the just 2 kilometers from the prospective junction with the A1 motorway connecting Gdańsk, Łódź and Katowice. The third facility as parts of SEGRO Business Park Łódź was delivered according to the schedule, by the end of July. The development potential of the park is 16 000 sq m, upon final completion it will offer a total of almost 55 000 sq m of business space.
