Another 12 000 sq m completed at Tulipan Park Poznań
In mid-August 2012 SEGRO, Europe's leading owner-manager and developer of industrial property, completed 12 200 sq m as part of the second phase of Tulipan Park Poznań, for its tenant - FlexLink company. Tulipan Park Poznań already offers over 127 000 sq m of existing business space. The development potential of the park is further 100 000 sq m.
"The facility for FlexLink, part of Tulipan Park Poznań, is a build-to-suit A-class warehouse facility with adapted, well light, production space with an overhead crane. There is also 1 700 sq m of modern, eco-friendly A-class office space. The implementation process was very fast indeed. Since the start of construction works to the final delivery of the building to tenant took only five months," says Waldemar Witczak, Regional Director SEGRO.
Tulipan Park Poznań is strategically located on the area of 53 hectares located on the border of Komorniki and Plewiska municipalities. The Park will provide 230 000 sq m of flexible warehouse and production space. A great advantage of the park is its location in the vicinity of Moscow - Berlin A2 motorway and national road no. 5 to Wrocław.
Another advantage of the park is its vast development potential. As part of the second phase, is a facility of 8700 sq m which could be developed within a short period of time. There is the potential for a further 92 000 sq m of business space to be delivered on the 23-hecatre site, which is visible directly from the motorway.
