Sonoco and SEGRO extend cooperation
SEGRO, Europe's leading owner-manager and developer of industrial property, has extended a warehouse lease agreement with Sonoco in Poland. The agreement signed by the end of August covers 23,700 sq m within Tulipan Park Stryków,
Sonoco Products Company, American global provider of consumer packing, industrial products, protective packaging and packaging supply chain services moved to Tulipan Park Stryków in 2008. The company occupies the area of 21,600 sq m of specially adapted warehouse space and 2,100 sq m of office space. In August 2012 the company decided to stay in Tulipan Park Stryków and to continue its business from this facility.

Tulipan Park Stryków is located in one of the most dynamic regions in Poland, adjacent to A2 motorway, next to the future junction of A1 (north - south) and A2 (east - west) motorways, rendering the investment a perfect location for distribution activities. The investment is the largest SEGRO's logistics centre in Central Europe. The facility will offer 400,000 sq m of warehouse, production and office space with 180,000 sq m already completed. Tulipan Park Stryków is also partly located within Łódź Special Economic Zone, which brings multiple benefit to the businesses.
