Azymut leases more space in Tulipan Park Stryków once again
The Azymut company, a part of the PWN Publishing Group, has extended warehouse space leased in SEGRO's Tulipan Park Stryków. As a result of the transaction, the company currently occupying 16 100 sq m, extends the leased space by another 5000 sq m and will operate on jointly 21 000 sq m of business space in two warehouse buildings.
The Azymut company, Polish Publishing Houses' Distribution System, has been a SEGRO's tenant in Stryków since January 2007. The company leases over 9600 sq m of modern warehouse and office space in building A and 6500 sq m in bulding F. As a result of dynamic growth the tenant decided to expand the size of the space leased in building A by additional 4844 sq m of warehouse and office space.

A long-term agreement with SEGRO was signed in June 2012. The space leased by Azymut will be delivered to the tenant in Q II 2013.
Azymut, The Polish Publishing Houses' Distribution System operates within the PWN Publishing Group. The company, which has been present on the Polish publishing and bookselling market for 13 years, is a leading book distributor as well as the main provider of distribution and logistics services for book publishers and the bookshops, including online bookstores. Currently, the company's logistics centre in Tulipan Park Stryków enables the completion of over 70 thousand lines of orders in 24 hours. The additional space leased by the tenant will help to improve the distribution process and will allow to maintain the highest level of customer service, as Jerzy Majewski, the President of Azymut says: Distribution is a key aspect of our business, therefore the location is particulary important to us when choosing a park. Tulipan Park Stryków, strategically situated on the map of Poland and provides great transport links with the remaining partst of the country. The logistics potential of the facility, favourable lease conditions and landlord's supportive attitude were benefits which encouraged us to prolong and extend our cooperation with SEGRO. I am fully convinced we made the right choice."
Tulipan Park Stryków is the largest SEGRO's logistics centre in Central Europe. The investment, situated adjacent to A2 motorway, next to the future junction of A1 (north - south) and A2 (east - west) motorways, provides perfect warehouse space for distribution activities. The facility is also partly located within Łódź Special Economic Zone, which brings multiple benefit to the businesses. Tulipan Park Stryków will offer 400,000 sq m of warehouse, production and office space with 180,000 sq m already completed.
